The apartment is very modern, built in 2021 and comes with full amenities. It is specially designed for nomads, sports enthusiasts, couples and families. Our community has many kite surfers and sports enthusiasts that live here. The space is very close to the entrance into the Paracas National Park, also known as Paracas National Reserve. You can leave from the door of the apartment and be at the entrance of the National Park in 1.3km, and enjoy a morning run or bike ride exploring the reserve. Then you can go for a swim in the lagoon and enjoy the common areas of the space. It is very safe, with a wonderful community. This unit is very spacious, one of the only units in the building with 3 bedrooms, and the only unit with an office.

Guests have access to use Kite Club pool, lounge area and gym. The gym (associated with Kangaroo Kite) also offers Crossfit classes for an additional fee (highly recommended!). The coworking space is available to those reserving desks! Message for more details!

Santo Domingo is the Kitesurfing and Sports area of Paracas. Located just next to the entrance of the National Reserve. It is about a 5min drive to the center of downtown Paracas. It has the best access to kite, run, bike, standup paddleboard and more! It is close to downtown but yet, just far enough to get away from the noise.

Although a car can be useful if you plan on going to the National Reserve by yourself, you don't really need one to move around Paracas. Mototaxis are the #1 option to get around anywhere within Paracas. We are a 5min drive away from town

There is a construction project within the condominium from April 15, 2024 to April 15, 2025. There might be construction noise during business hours. To compensate for the inconvenience, we are offering a discounted rate. All common areas will remain open. Thank you for your understanding!

Best AirBNB experience we've ever had. The apartment was great, spacious, and clean. The gym was well-equipped and convenient. The location was peaceful and a short walk to the beach. But the best experience was from our host who was super responsive, understanding, and made our trip a great one. He offered great suggestions for food and tours, supplied us with amazing coffee, and responded very well to all our needs (and accidents). The place is beautiful. I really recommend the coffee shop in town ( Puerto specialty coffee) , and take a couple days to explore the Reserva - it is amazing!

El lugar excelente, en verdad se siente paz y relajo. Victor también es muy amable y rápido para las respuestas. Todo es muy moderno y agradable para un tiempo fuera de la ciudad. Sugerencia: Tener más menaje, puesto que fue poco para las personas que asistimos. El gas demoró en llegar y nos retrasó una actividad que teníamos planeado. Tener en cuenta para el futuro. Todo lo demás excelente, si volvería.

Victor was an extremely helpful and communicative host. The place was immaculate and very spacious and comfortable. Be sure to use Waze to find the address, because Google Maps takes you along the highway, and there is no access, (private gated road). There are steps to climb to get to the unit and, at the moment, construction between the building and the road, (rolling wheeled suitcases across the gravel is difficult.)

We enjoyed four days in Paracas with our family. The apartment is perfect—very well connected, close to the reserve and the beach, which you can easily reach on foot. The host, Victor, was always attentive and friendly, keeping us informed about everything. The apartment was spotless, well-distributed, and everything worked perfectly. Honestly, we highly recommend this place. Additionally, they provided great flexibility for both check-in and check-out. We will definitely return and recommend this place to others.

Lindo dpto en Paracas. Tal cual las fotos, con todo lo necesario para comer y cocinar. Además nos dejaron un cafe buenísimo. Nos dieron muchas recomendaciones y siempre hubo comunicación. Lo único es que no queda frente a la playa, aunque tiene una salida casi al frente. El condominio es muy bonito. La verdad súper recomendado!
