The second bedroom has two twin (plaza y media) beds, that can be pushed together for more comfort for a couple. There is A/C in the bedroom and 1% blinds as pictured, in addition to blackout blinds for full comfort and privacy while sleeping.
The terrace is long and beautiful, and protected from the hot sun!
The balcony has a Carbon/Charcoal Grill and a Table that seats up to 4. The table can be moved inside too, depending on the preference of guests to eat inside or outside. The terrace overlooks the pool and common areas.
The kitchen is open, with an island for comfortable cooking and prepping space. The cabenets are fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, so you can cook as much as you would like during your stay.

This is the condo where the unit is, located at Kite Club Paracas.. Rental is managed by Aldea Peru. This unit is located on the second floor.
There are two condo complexes, great for meeting other likeminded people - shared both by property owners and rentals, mostly kitesurfers and sports enthusiasts who enjoy spending time in Paracas!
When you stay with us, you have full access to Kite Club amenities that include the salt water lagoon, and fresh water pool area, in addition to the gym and coworking space.

the Kiteclub gym is stocked with free weights, and a "jaula espartana" for those that are familiar with the gym Espartanos in Lima. Otherwise, just know its pretty amazing to train here!
Guests can use the gym at anytime, its just very important to us that all the weights are put back where they were found to keep our gym in great condition! We are not responsible for any injuries :)
We are located a 5min walk from the Kite Point, Peru's best kitesurfing destination! We can store kite gear and can help arrange kitesurfing classes for you! This is something you don't want to miss!
The backyard is shared between all those in the condominium (owners and guests). Can be used to play, or fold kite gear, etc. Cannot be used for gatherings or bbqs.
