This apartment is located in the condo complex on the left. Construction finished in early 2023, and the condos are brand new.

Here is a photo of the shared spaces: there is a 40m salt water lagoon, 3 fresh water pools, and located in the blue building there is a gym and shared coworking space, all within the condo complex. These form part of Kite Club shared spaces.
Coworking space is available to use at any time during guests stay. The internet is fiber optic with 250mbps upload and download. We pride ourselves on having the best Internet in Paracas.
We invite guests to work remotely and stay longer, become a part of our community.
Living space
Guests have access to use our shared gym facilities anytime during their stay. Please know we are not responsible for any injuries and we ask all guests to put weights away after using them!
Guests will find dumbells, kettlebells, free weights, benches, an elliptical, row machine, and OCR (obstacle course) rig. Meet with other guests or property owners and train together!
During high season, guests will often coordinate to train and workout together! The community grows as guests are active!
We are located 5min walking distance to the kite beach!
Guests may use the safe inside the apartment.
