2-bedroom apartment, perfect for 4 guests: 2 couples or 1 couple + 2 single adults or children. There are no bunk beds, luxurious accommodation for all. Spacious living area wi high-end furniture, connected to the outdoor gas BBQ and terrace.

Guests have the option to choose which layout they would like for the second bedroom. The King option has a system that pushes the beds together and covers the center so it really does feel like a King bed! In addition to amazing sheets.
The terrace has a nice place to sit and eat, drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The gas BBQ is all set up and easy to use! We would love you to use it often and enjoy the outdoor moments. You can even see kitesurfers from the balcony!
The kitchen is amazing! It is very spacious and totally stocked with home appliances - blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stovetop - you name it we've got it! Also stocked w/ knives, cutlery, dishwear, glasses, pots, pans, & more!
Second bedroom has 2 beds (2m x 1m --longer than 1.5plaza beds) very comfortable for 2 single adults to sleep in. These beds can be connected together with a special system that creates a King bed and we put king sheets on if guests prefer a King.
The second bedroom setup when used for a couple. The room includes a desk, A/C, heating, and blackout blinds. The unit has two bathrooms with hot water-high pressure showers making it comfortable for two couples to stay and have their own space.

The living area connects with the dining area and kitchen, which is next to the apartment entrance. The art piece was hand made out of different Peruvian wood by a local artisan.
Indoors, the sofas are very comfortable -- from Rosen (a top furniture store in Peru), and the 65inch TV is directly connected to fiber-optic internet. You can easily watch Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, or whatever other apps that Samsung offers.

The kitchen connects with a bar and bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked, making this destination iideal for long term stays.
Open kitchen concept with refrigerator connected to drinking water and an ice machine. This water system is unique from other apartments, making drinking water easy and accessible. Each detail of the kichen is well thought out and well stocked.
A view of the dishes in the cabinets. Other cabinets include silverware, glasses, pots and pans, tupperware, and more. We make sure there is dish soap, paper towels, coffee, and other basic needs for you to enjoy your stay hassle free!
Adjacent to the kitchen is the second bedroom. Our dining table was hand made by Peruvian artisans, and the lamps as well.

The master bedroom has a King bed, regular blinds, blackout blinds, A/C for summer, and heating for the cool winter nights in the desert, and a desk where guests can work. There is plenty of closet space and an ensuite bathroom.

The Master bathroom (located within the Master bedroom), is also fully stocked with towels. Showers have hot fresh water and good water pressure, you will enjoy!

Our headboard was made by local artisans too. The sheets are extremely comfortable (biased view, but we are sure you won't be disappointed!).

Bosch washer and dryer available in the unit entrance stairwell, shared with (1) 1BR unit. Can be used anytime.

There are also blinds in the living area too, to keep the sun out if preferred - nice for watching TV during the day if guests want to.
The unit layout. As you notice, the two bedrooms are quite separate, something we think is comfortable for guests. The Kitchen and living area is very spacious too. Please note this unit is on the 3rd floor, and there are no elevators.
There are two buildings in the condo complex. The area is quite calm and very safe, and great for relaxing vacations or remote working and enjoying Paracas.
The apartment is located in this building. The building is composed of some owners who live in the condos, and other owners who rent. All owners are kitesurfers, as this is an ideal apartment location for kitesurfers.
On the third floor you can see the ocean and the kitesurfing area. You are located 1.3km from the entrance to the Paracas National Reserve, and have easy access to paddle boarding too.
Kite Club gym. There is a Spartan obstacle course rig set up to practice a bit of obstacle course training. Also, we have free weights, kettlebells, an elliptical, row machine, and yoga mats. Train at your own risk & clean up after please!

Our coworking space can be used during the stay. There is 250mbps upload fiber optic speed internet within this space - by far the best in Paracas! The apartment has fiber internet too, so you can work from the apartment or shared workspace!
The coworking space includes a private office, and 8 main seats, and is located on the premises of the condo and shared spaces. We hope this makes a true destination for longer-term stays - we hope you stay a week or two, or even a month!
