The kitchen and living room share an open layout. The 50" 4K UltraHD Smart TV is connected to fiber optic internet, where guests can easily watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, among other online streaming. The large windows to the outside open all the way.
The outside terrace is really unique, with an outdoor dining area, lounge area, BBQ, and pool.
The views from the terrace are spectacular. You can see a kite in the air on the left of this photo, showing where the kite point is located. The blue building hosts the shared common areas: Kite Club coworking and gym. The pool and lagoon in front.

The entire sky fills with colors nearly every night. The pool has a small bar connected to it, and a seating arrangement to overlook the ocean.

Please note: The fire pit has been removed due to safety reasons (yes, there was a fire...), it is no longer available for use - we hope you understand!
The outdoor terrace is quite large. It includes a dining area, lounge area, bar, pool, and BBQ area.

The art above the couch was handmade by a Peruvian artisan, with pieces cut from Peruvian wood. The table connected to the couch can be used as a holder for drinks or plates, or, can be taken out from the sofa and used as a table.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, and all that guests need to easily cook!
Cupboards are stocked with plates, bowls, pots, pans, and more! Please note that the sink has two faucets, one of which is connected to a 25L jug of drinkable water, making it easy to drink great water during your stay!

There are light blinds and blackout blinds that allow guests to choose how much sunlight they would like to go into the bedroom.
The closet space for the bedroom is very large. There is also a deposit on the first level if you need to store kite gear or luggage, and there is an outdoor drying rack for wetsuits and wet gear.

Outside, there are cushions connected to the pool, to overlook the ocean. We truly believe this is the best seat in the entire building!
A cool pool to dip into when the sun is at its peak. The personal pool is just for the use of those renting this unit. No one else has access.

There is a washer and dryer just outside the entrance of this unit. They are shared with one other unit in the building and can be used anytime during your stay.

Shared areas include the Kite Club pool and lagoon that can be enjoyed by guests anytime, and are included in the fee.

There are two buildings located in this condo complex within Kite Club Paracas. The unit being rented is located in the condo complex on the right, center unit, top floor (4th). Please do note that you will have to drag luggage about 80m to arrive!
Kite Club gym. There is a Spartan obstacle course rig set up to practice a bit of obstacle course training. Also, we have free weights, kettlebells, an elliptical, row machine, and yoga mats. Train at your own risk & clean up after please!
The coworking space includes a private office, and 8 main seats, and is located on the premises of the condo and shared spaces. We hope this makes a true destination for longer-term stays - we hope you stay a week or two, or even a month!

Apartment layout. Please note that the unit is on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, guests will have to climb 4 flights, but the VIEW IS WORTH EVERY STEP! This unit is nearly as large as the 2BR unit, with no lost space and a HUGE TERRACE!
